In short: your photo is used only to make your preview. We do not keep it unless you send us a consultation request. You can ask us to delete your data at any time.
1. Who we are
This service is run by KoreaBeautyGuide (krbeautyguide.com), a medical concierge in Seoul, Korea that helps international patients find clinics. Contact: WhatsApp +82 10-6880-3920.
2. What we collect and why
- Face photos for the AI preview. Face detection runs on your device. To create the AI preview, your photo is sent through our server to Google's Gemini API, and the result is sent back to you. We do not save the photo or the preview on our server.
- Consultation request (only if you send one). Your name, WhatsApp number, email (optional), country, travel timing, message, the procedures you chose, your photos and AI previews. We use these only to answer you and prepare your consultation.
- Technical data. IP address and basic device information, used to prevent abuse (daily usage limits and a bot check by Cloudflare Turnstile). Usage counters are deleted after 48 hours.
- Analytics and ads. If we use Meta or TikTok measurement tools, they record visits and actions such as "started a preview" or "sent a request". They never receive your photos.
3. Who processes your data
- Google (Gemini API) creates the AI preview. Under Google's paid API terms, Google does not use this content to improve its products; it may keep it for a limited time to detect abuse.
- Google Drive and Google Sheets store consultation requests.
- Cloudflare hosts the website and runs the bot check.
- Partner clinics in Korea. We share your request with a clinic only to get a quote or consultation for you, and we tell you first.
These providers may process data outside your country, including in Korea and the United States.
4. How long we keep it
Preview photos: not stored by us. Consultation requests: kept up to 12 months after our last contact with you, then deleted, unless you become a patient and longer records are needed for your care or by law.
5. Your choices and rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or withdraw your consent, by sending a WhatsApp message to the number above. We will reply within 30 days.
6. Age
This service is only for people aged 18 or older.
7. Important notice
AI previews are illustrations only. They are not a medical diagnosis, prediction or guarantee of results. Real results depend on your anatomy and your surgeon's assessment.
8. Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.

- Data teknis. Alamat IP dan informasi dasar perangkat, untuk mencegah penyalahgunaan (batas harian dan pemeriksaan bot oleh Cloudflare Turnstile). Penghitung penggunaan dihapus setelah 48 jam.
- Analitik dan iklan. Jika kami memakai alat pengukuran Meta atau TikTok, alat itu mencatat kunjungan dan tindakan seperti "memulai pratinjau" atau "mengirim permintaan". Alat itu tidak pernah menerima foto Anda.
3. Siapa yang memproses data Anda
- Google (Gemini API) membuat pratinjau AI. Berdasarkan ketentuan API berbayar Google, Google tidak memakai konten ini untuk meningkatkan produknya; Google dapat menyimpannya sementara untuk mendeteksi penyalahgunaan.
